2. Services Provided
Crestline Limo offers professional black car and chauffeur services across the United States.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Airport transfers
- Hourly chauffeur bookings
- Corporate and event transportation
- Nationwide luxury ground travel
Crestline reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email confirmation.
- Payments are due at the time of booking unless a corporate account or alternative arrangement is approved.
- Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and approved digital payment methods.
- Prices may vary based on distance, time, location, vehicle type, and demand.
No-shows and cancellations:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may result in a full charge.
- No-show at the pickup location will be billed in full.
4. Refunds & Credits
Refunds are issued at Crestline’s discretion in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If service issues occur, Crestline may offer credits for future bookings instead of cash refunds.
5. Conduct & Responsibility
- Clients and passengers are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward drivers and vehicles.
- Damage to vehicles, including spills, stains, or smoking violations, will incur additional cleaning or repair fees.
- Crestline reserves the right to refuse service to any individual deemed unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Crestline Limo and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen road conditions.
- Lost or stolen property.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the booked service.
7. Privacy & Data
By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.
We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
8. Force Majeure
Crestline is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or government restrictions.
